[UC] Flowers for Mikey

Last night, while walking past 48th & Springfield, I noticed a  
"memorial" bunch of flowers tied to a pole.. Like those memorials  
that are left by the side of the highway after a traffic fatality, or  
on a corner in the inner-city after a fatal shooting....

what happened there? I must've missed it. It was dedicated to "Mikey"
