Neighbors, I´ve been away in civilization and decided to check on the news from Philadelphia. This victory in the war on drugs for fillys finest jumped out at me.
For many years, researchers have been reporting symptoms of PTSD in alarming percentages of poor clients. Look carefully at the responses of these women. We have resources for this jackass war on drugs but we don´t have money for training or monitoring the warriors, nor do we have resources to help their victims.
