Help Needed for Abandoned Newborn Kitten! (West Philly)

My husband found an abandoned hungry kitten (can't be more than 10
days old) - yes, he was completely alone, no mommy, no other cats,
crawling into the street - one eye is open, the other looks like it
may be blind (the area outside the eye is swollen) - covered in fleas
and flies............
He's in our home now, quarantined from our cats - feisty, good
appetite for the kitten formula, but we doubt we can keep him because
of the additional expense and our cats not too fond of an additional
member (we rescued another cat before, and due to sibling rivalry,
that little guy had to go - no worries though, he's living a pampered
life at a family member's home).
So any rescue group available to properly foster him? A vet willing to
check him for free until we can find another home?
Please, we'd like to get this adorable peanut everything he needs as
soon as possible!
