| This afternoon a kitty with a black head/face, missing most of its body fur (so not sure of its body coloring), and emaciated appeared on the 4500 block of Regent. Neighbors worried that it may have mange or a serious illness, so it was taken to Animal Care and Control (ACCT) in North Phila. The kitty is extremely friendly, rubbing up against anyone standing near. Adult, possibly young, good teeth. Not sure of gender. No collar. Animal Control will do an exam of the kitty tomorrow, and we will call to find out his/her health status. This is the only photo we were able to get of him/her. If it's possible this could be your lost kitty, please contact me immediately. -Linda
