Missing brown/white tabby cat (47th & Chester - Univ. City)

I'm looking for a female brown tabby cat with white on her belly,
legs, and face. She has giant green eyes, a round face, and a round
body. Her legs are very short and her belly sags so it almost touches
the ground. I'm sorry I don't have a pic. She is very distinctive
looking because of her huge eyes and round head and body. She looks
like a scottish fold without the folded ears.
She recently came to live on my neighbors porch after a bad situation
caused her to lose her home. We were trying to find a better situation
for her, but she went missing well over a week ago. She is insanely
friendly, so I'm hoping some kind soul thought she was lost and picked
her up. If you have her or think you have seen her, please let me
know. We are very worried, and her sister misses her.
