Neighbors, I'm being forced to municipal court this morning for another round of bogus trash tickets. This time it was 6 weeks in a row and all came 5 months later. I got the 4th a few days after my last court appearance-hahaha. (Total of 19 and I never received a single one at "the premises")
I'm taking the newspaper articles again, and plan to ask the judge again for the court to investigate SWEEPS/UCD and refuse all future cases. I've decided not to go to the FBI until after I have completely moved from Philadelphia, because of fear of increased retaliation from the city or district. Soon, I will file a suit against the city and name Deputy Commissioner Carlton Williams as well as Mayor Nutter. By the way, I've decided to sell each of my properties separately. Buckingham Pl and the property across from UCD park on Baltimore Ave are available.
