Here is an excellent editorial about the democracies, leadership, hope and change in South America. If the people of North America revolted and wanted a people's democracy instead of a military empire and oligarchy, we would find great support from our brothers and sisters in the South. But the Honduras example shows that our empire is staying the course of the past 100 years in Latin America. (I seem to remember that it was Chomsky's most recent book that Chavez gave to Obama in the photo.)
