Over the years I have gleaned many useful nuggets from posts by people who have marginalized each other on the lists.It saddens me when bitterness, rivalry and mean spirits over-ride important messages. Among my New Year's Resolutions is to replace my "Thou Shalt Not(s)" with better choices. "Reduce Salt" becomes "Add Spice""Less Fat" becomes "More Colorful Foods (Carrots, Apples, Spinach)""Get off the Couch" becomes "Take a Walk""Fight institutionalized greed" becomes "Identify and Highlight Bad BEHAVIORS & CONSEQUENCES" Just some ideas as I wish you, Craig, and all the list a Happy New Year!
