Rain Water Harvester for Garden Builder (West Philadelphia)

The West Philadelphia High School garden needs a volunteer individual
or group to help design and/or build a rain water harvesting and
watering system for the school garden. We have one rain barrel
equipped with a spout, but no way to get rain water in our out! The
building does not have downspouts, but does have a fence. We would
love to work with an experienced builder, landscape designer or
engineer to problem solve a solution!
