If my recollection serves me well Alan Klein was instrumental in the  
development of the facility.
 
One would anticipate based on the nature of its use, it would have  
institutional grade life safety systems. The other critical link in the  
life-death-cycle is the quality of stewardship of the supervisory  personnel.
