Just saw this in the City Paper: Grill Fish Café | Come fall, Benny Lai of Vietnam (221 N. 11th St.) and Vietnam Café (816 S. 47th St.) will open Grill Fish, a small, seafood-centric restaurant, a few feet from his West Philly restaurant. The focus will be on whole fish, but he'll also do squid, shrimp and shellfish, and maybe one or two meat plates, at the 30-seat, liquor-licensed venue. More on Meal Ticket. 814 S. 47th St.
