Subject: stray dog needing help
I just posted the message below because my daughter was very upset
about this dog. It seemed friendly but scared. Have you seen him?
Did anyone see a stray small black dog with brownish paws around
45th and Chestnut and Sansom (last seen at 45th and Walnut? Not
sure of breed but seemed young and was wandering and had tags. My
daughter saw the dog and tried to follow to help it. Please let me
know if you saw it/found it. thanks,
