So far, one person has reported a similar looking cat (though, described as "fiery orange") on Baltimore, btw 47th & 48th). And another person (who posted a comment on westphillylocal.com) reports seeing kitty, with collar, in the community garden on Warrington yesterday, and said she would call Karen this morning. Her name is Larissa... fyi, Karen can't check email from home, so phone contact is best. 847-331-3864 is Karen's cell.
