[UC] City sued, 1st/ 14th amendments!!!

Citizens, I have great news. The city is being sued on the basis of the 1st and 14th amendments to the US Constitution! The suit is being brought by our brothers and sisters who share food with their fellow humans on the parkway. (The plutocracy calls this part of their many violations of the constitution a "ban on outdoor feeding" because they want to conjure the image of tossing slop to swine).   http://www.metro.us/philadelphia/local/article/1144782--religious-groups-sue-city-over-fairmount-park-feeding-ban I was planning  to contact the ACLU about  the new permit demands constructed specifically to facilitate violations of the 1st and 14th amendments against citizens of Philadelphia.  I just learned about this suit! Brothers and sisters, we need to join with this effort and obtain an injunction against all of the permits being demanded by the Parks and Recreation department and the mayor.  The city has been conspiring  with special service districts and Friends groupsfor a decade in order to violate our citizen rights and privatize parks.  Unless the judiciary will be bought off, these violations are so clear that the people will easily win this suit.  But we must maximize the impact of this effort, because it is so very hard to mobilize resources for individual court fights when the city government will use all of its resources for the benefit of the plutocracy. We also need to see the special service districts dismantled and the FOCP stripped of its 501 c3 status so that other civic associations are forced to stop their attacks on the rights of citizens.
