Glenn--
We decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and meet in the Plaza in Park A. Please feel free to join us there if you want to participate, or tell your friends in the Volleyball community that we would love to talk to them as well.
Thanks. Hope you are enjoying your summer.

Neighbors,
I need your help to get out the word about this new FOCP treachery. The Friends of Clark Park is using a tactic they have used for many years. With only 24 hours before their "forced relocation" meeting, the Friends of clark Park have violated their bylaws by changing the location of their previously announced meeting location. (See below)
The FOCP/SHCA routinely uses this technique when they believe that neighbors have learned about their meeting locations and plan to confront their planned attacks against park users. I have had recent computer problems and I can't possibly inform the people I've alerted to FOCP treachery. Please spread the word...
They know that the neighbors they are targeting, like volleyball players, can only be warned in the park on weekends. (I saw VP Siano stalking volleyball when I was there warning the people on Sunday.) Legal legitimate meetings of the Focp organization must be made at least 10 days prior to the meeting or they are not counted as meetings! The members of the FOCP organization ordered FOCP leaders to also extend the notification requirements to the community by publishing notification of FOCP meetings in the UC Review. The FOCP leaders have always shown contempt for this requirement made by members back in 2003 and even the basic notification explicit in their bylaws!
This is a very deliberate and routine tactic used by the FOCP and completely illegal according to their own bylaws. They will claim that no one came to their floating meeting location proving that everyone agrees with their treacherous plans for forced relocation of park users.
I have no way of getting the word out. Please pass along this treachery to all of our neighbors and encourage them to come and confront theFOCP. This was not a little mistake!
(Note: They used this technique when they secured actions against park groups in 2002 at the Quality of Life Task force. After tracking their meetings for 6 months and making numerous sacrifices to make weekly emergency plans, I couldn't attend a hearing and they passed their oppressions and ended their task force after using this treacherous technique.)
Outraged,
Glenn
