If you can get the tv out, Second Mile would take if working.  I don't
think they'd do pick-up though.  I have a 26" (I think?) sitting, there's
no way I (or anyone I know of alone) can get it down 3 flights of stairs.
It weighs a ton.  It works, it's just huge and heavy.
