Today's headlines.  Remember, only a tiny fraction of illegal cop behavior comes to light.  Among common people, it is widely known that cops are never held accountable.  Middle class consumers are taught to call the trauma of others, "no snitchin" culture, so that they blame the victims instead of the  police state.
