Hello, Neighbors -- We'll have a one bedroom for rent soon when our current tenant moves out. Since it has been a while since we've had to look for a new tenant, we are wondering what the market is like in our neighborhood. We are also curious to find out what are the best places to list the apartment. Is it still craigslist or is West Philly Local a better bet? Do "For Rent" signs work well?
