In the United States of America, people arrested by the police are INNOCENT
until proven guilty...police arrested someone they think MIGHT be the 50th St.
Robber. But just because they say he was, does not mean it is a fact. I will
wait for the courts, a judge and /or jury to decide if the person arrested is
indeed proven to be the "50th St. Robber"... until that time, I will assume
that the robber may well still be on the streets.

Perhaps the words "SUSPECT in 50th St. Robberies", or "PERSON OF INTEREST in
50th St. Robberies" would be better terms to use...

Now don't get me wrong, i am glad a suspect was nabbed, but i think we should
be more careful with our language.

Just sayin'
