While checking my backyard, I ran into a cute, healthy looking black and white cat who was crying
piteously. It kept looking at me and wailing. I assume that the cat came in through the back alley between Pine and Osage near 43rd. There did not seem to be anything wrong with the cat, but its wailing suggested distress. It had no collar. It was medium sized, with a largely white belly and lots of big black splotches. It seemed to want to be taken in, but I could not accommodate a cat. If someone knows where this cat belongs, I hope it can be taken to its home. Ann
