That kitty is my neighbor's indoor-outdoor cat. He lives on the west
side of 43rd and is currently inside.

wailing suggested distress.
It had no collar. It was medium sized, with a largely white belly
and lots of big black splotches.
It seemed to want to be taken in, but I could not accommodate a cat.
If someone knows where this cat belongs, I hope it can be taken to
its home.
