My neighbor saw and tried to rescue a collarless grey pit along Pine &
44th less than an hour ago. Someone named Jamal came up behind her,
started harassing her and spooked the dog. Dog ran to Spruce and went
west. My neighbor ran after her, and so did this guy Jamal, who said
he was going to capture the dog and use her for fighting... Dog was
last seen running west on Spruce, past 46th...
