Greatly and most pleasantly surprised at the VERY TASTY dishes I just enjoyed at my first meal at the new incarnation of Chili Szechuan Restaurant, 4205 Chestnut St. I used to teach Chinese Cooking and I give them a perfect score for: Steamed Shrimp dumplings, 3 Cups Chicken, and Mango Shrimp Fried Rice.
