I don't know why you think he did not give enough information. I understood and
I am new to this. It is very simple, the burn button is grayed out and you
cannot get it to come on.
Don't just close it because you don't understand what to do. Give it to
someone who can understand the problem.

will not burn dvd.Add video project,then set up window appears .This is where
it stops working even after changing the settings,it will not highlite BURN
button to conntinue progect.
