i downloaded the sources of mod-log-sql and compiled them against
apache2-prefork-dev. the resulting module works fine with apache2-mpm-
itk. the dependencies of libapache2-mod-log-sql should be updated to
support both apache2-mpm-prefork and apache2-mpm-itk.
