Eclipse 3.3.1 (From Eclipse site) works quite well using the beta version of icedtea and jdk7 (from the repositories) I've used it to create some c++ code using cdt, seems to work with problems. (the memory usage is also a lot better) it needed some manual editing of the java virtual machine configuration.
