If I knew how to generate a package for eclipse, I'd definitely do it. If I hadn't the exams coming up next week, I'd be learning how to do it right now :( Could you post a few pointers as to how to generate ubuntu packages, and what eclipse should rely on/what relies on eclipse, etc?
