steps to reproduce:
1. start python interpreter
2. run following code:
import pywbxml
data = pywbxml.xml2wbxml("") # or a valid xml string
expected:
pywbxml.xml2wbxml throw python exceptipn (return encoded xml string if valid)
actual:
python process exit with SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
