Public bug reported:
Since there is no mention of limitation on number of partitions (just on
number of virtual disks) I was expecting to be able to create more than
4 partitions. But, since code in disk.py creates every partition as
primary this obviously didn't work. After fourth partition is created
next one fails with - Error: Can't create any more partitions
