This is because the LP Debian mirror still has clxclient 3.6.1-1 as the version in sid which is smaller than the current version in lucid. This yields an empty set of new changelog entries which requestsync interpretes as failing to download the changelog. TODO for me: Improve the error handling and more meaningful error messages.
