Public bug reported:
The previous fix the ubiquity live session wallpaper and theming had no
effect, as there was no :ubuntu user. The user for the live session is
'ubuntu-cinnamon'.
The best fix is to do what Xubuntu did and not have a user-restricted
override, so no matter what the live session user is, the theme will
take place.
Whether this works or not, this will be *THE LAST* upload for the lunar
cycle.
