Public bug reported:

Cinnamon Settings' background modules uses some program/Perl module that
tries to display the image as a preview of images that the user could
set as their desktop background.

Currently, it doesn't display anything, and going to other directories
has no effect. Therefore, the desktop background cannot be changed.

The error thrown in the terminal is:

Failed to convert /usr/share/backgrounds/gnome/keys-l.jpg: module
'PIL.Image' has no attribute 'ANTIALIAS'
