Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: dhelp

I am running Kubuntu 8.10 64-bit:

~$ uname -a
Linux Xenophon 2.6.27-9-generic #1 SMP Thu Nov 20 22:15:32 UTC 2008 x86_64
GNU/Linux
br...@xenophon:~$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 8.10
Release: 8.10

When I last ran dhelp, it was several years ago and under Libranet. The
package had apache as a dependency. All info and man pages were indexed.

Invoking the version of dhelp in Intrepid without a web server brings up error
messages stating that neither info files nor manpages are available. Installing
lighttpd as a web server makes info files available but manpages remain
unavailable:
The requested URL /cgi-bin/man/man2html was not found on this server.

** Affects: dhelp (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

dhelp indexes only /usr/share/doc; not info or man pages
