I don't think this is a duplicate of 320525. If you read that report
everyone is claiming it is fixed, I am still having this issue. Also if
you read that report you will see they didn't have TTY issues, we do. If
you also read that report the garble was GDM, which isn't the case for
us. I get to GDM no problem, when I log in, it starts to load my desktop
and then it gets garbled. I have all of the latest updates as well and
the problem still exists. I have tried fixing xorg without any success.
I am running the latest of everything that last bug report states, but
still have the issues. My video is an Intel G31, my xorg.conf is stock
so there is no reason for me to attach it here. There are no EE's in
Xorg.0.log, all II, not even a WW. xsession-errors doesn't show a thing,
nor does dmesg.
