Archive admins should not be assigned but subscribed to the bug. Moreover,
requesting archive admins to do something must be acknowledged by an Ubuntu
developer. Next time you open a bug requiring archive admins action, subscribe
ubuntu-universe-sponsors (or ubuntu-main-sponsors depending on the component
the package is in) and someone will ack your request and subscribe
ubuntu-archive-admins. Also, for sync requests, you can use the requestsync
script from the ubuntu-dev-tools package. Thanks.
