Public bug reported:
If the mouse cursor is at the top of the screen which the banshee
notification box appears that show the new song's information, the
notification box's timer freezes.
I know this function which freezes the timer when the mouse comes on
that box. However, if the mouse is already here, I think the timer
shouldn't stop.
