I used the same script to rebuild them and it fixed the problem.
I noticed thet gentoo installed DBI 1.48 and DBD-SQLite 1.09 and this
script only version 1.46 and 1.08. I wonder if there's some
incompatibilities there?
Yes - there are. I'll be updating our modules to the latest for 6.5
