Hi, I'm considering the NSLU2 for a minimal Slimserver server, but I'm worried about performance. My collection is ~6000 songs (FLAC). My current server is an old Thinkpad 240 (300 Mhz). I'm perfectly satisfied with performance, but I need a server for my summer house. I don't care about the web interface. Search artist/genre and then play an album is all I need. Should I go for the Slug, or should I get another old laptop?
