You said it, my friend! Unfortunately, up here in the not-Toronto-or-Vancouver Canadian wilderness, I seem to be entirely on my own. Only one other SB-user in town that I know of (I convinced him!), and I don't know anybody using Linux yet! So...... you and the others here get to be my geek friends! (sorry about that!) And I'm always happy to buy a friend a beer - my usual watering hole is the Toucan, for anybody who's ever here in the boonies....... I've signed up to the Ubuntu forums - I'm seeing a few familiar names, and maybe I'll find some Linux friends there! BTW, kudos to the Ubuntu team for some fantastic documentation - I'm learning a shedload in short order! -- nicketynick Wireless SB3, Denon DRA-F101, Mission M31 loudspeakers WinXP SP2 Slimserver, SMC WBR14g router ------------------------------------------------------------------------ nicketynick's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1511 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=24893 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
