Try foobar2000 (http://www.foobar2000.org/). It can compute ReplayGain info depending on the album tags of your collection, independent of the file type (MP3, Flac...). Of course, foobar2000 is a little bit brittle for the first time user ;-)
Something I forgot to mention is that foobar2000 is only available for MS Windows.
