No problem - I'll get motherboard info later, but its a dell precision workstation 420 that i bought refurbed in 2000. I've installed win2k a few times. The CD drive is an old yamaha 16x burner I bouth in 2001 and the DVD burner is a sony i bought a year ago. I haven't tried them in my other XP machine. When I go to the boot sequence the choices I have are the floppy, C: and CD-ROM - it doesn't seem to recognize that i have a DVD burner, i think.
