Hi, No the music files are in a Buffalo linkstation. The linkstation is connected directly to an 8 port hub and thence to the windows machine and now to my Debian machine.
I can access the music files from either the Debian machine or the windows machine, but I can't find the correct description of the link station for the music source in the copy of slimserver on the debian machine.
