That shows that on Sept 24th, someone or something installed stuff as
Slimserver and ended up with the wrong ownership of Bin and
Plugins/Alien.
So what about Plugins?
Well, nothing changed the ownership: it was that way when you made it.
The new date is because that directory was modified when all the other
stuff in it got updated.
