You don't need mplayer and lame to play wma.

Go to SlimServer->Server Settings->File Types->File Format Conversion
Setup, and make sure the box "Windows Media - Windows Media (built-in)"
is checked.

This will allow your Squeezebox to play wma directly. without the need
to transcode to mp3.
