I've got you both beat... P3 450Mhz w/ 64MB RAM running FreeBSD 6.1 w/ a MySQL 5.0.27 backend and a 1.5TB RAID5 (4x 500GB WD SATAII drives on a cheap raid controller). The machine acts as a firewall/router for a large network while handling a 5000+ archive of FLAC tracks with ease -- all the while streaming 96k files (Pet Sounds DVD-A) to my Transporter.
