Hi,
I am running Slimserver 6.5.2 on Ubuntu 7.04.
When slimserver is started at boot time, it uses character set
ISO-8859-1:

"Version du SlimServer: 6.5.2 - 11890 - Debian - FR - iso-8859-1"

This causes troubles with files and tags that have accented characters
(that you often find in french words).

If I open a terminal and restart slimserver with "sudo
/etc/init.d/slimserver restart", it then uses char set UTF8:

"Version du SlimServer: 6.5.2 - 11890 - Debian - FR - utf8"

This is much better, all my files and tags are OK.
So, obviously, the locale used at boot time is different than when
launched from a terminal.

How can I make sure that slimserver starts with UTF8 at boot time? I
would like to avoid to restart it manually all the time.

Thanks!
Hugues
