I'm about to build a music server, so this seems to be an appropriate
time to ask.
My current server is running Win2K server, but that's because my
audiotrons (which I intend to replace with SBs) had issues with SAMBA.
My tendency is to go with Ubuntu server, to get both the Ubuntu support
community and Debian's apt-get and IMO.
Is there any reason (squeezecenter wise) to go with one of the GUI
versions? I've used Ubuntu server before, but only as a LAMP/LAPP
appliance, so I'm not sure that experience means anything at all.
Thanks in advance for any input!
Bob
