I maintain Linux servers for a living which means I mainly do other things.... since I don't really do any fiddling. (Project of the month: fixing software for Windows that the company spent tens of thousands of dollars on... by replacing it with software on Linux that I downloaded and configured in less than an hour... fortunately it is not my job to tell management why they wasted money on expensive servers with expensive software when they could have done the same thing for free...) Ironically most of the time I now spend waiting for the Windows people to figure out how to automate something like wget to grab my auto-generated output...
