That Norco looks like a slick little box, but if you are comfortable
with DIY (and, since you asked for components, I assume you are), I
think you can do a lot better in regards to both price and performance
by assembling yourself:

AMD 64 X2 4000+ Brisbane CPU and heatsink+fan - $50
Gigayte GA-MA69VM-S2 micro-ATX Motherboard w/integrated graphics and
Gig Ethernet- $65
Antec Earthwatts 430W Power Supply - $50
Case - $50 to $100
Fans, cables, etc... - $0 to $40

Total: $215 to $305

Not required with the right case, but if you absolutely must have one,
then add an AMS or StarTech four drive SATA hot-swap enclosure for the
5.25" bays for $100.

Add 2GB of G.Skill DDR2-800 RAM for $45 and you can have a pretty solid
setup.

Norco advantages are compactness, an extra gig-E port, and additional
SATA channels. Considering the processor, it is also probably more
energy efficient.

DIY advantages are cost, expandability (including the option to add
another gig-E and more SATA channels to match the Norco, if needed),
and increased performance.

Of course, a lot of other components will get the job done equally as
well. I just happened to help someone put together a server using
these exact parts last week and it is performing wonderfully.

Good luck.
