Hello -

Latest stable squeezecenter version on Fedora 8 (i386).

Bought a drm-free song from Amazon, and it has all kinds of non-typical
characters in the dir/filename:

"I'm Yours/01 - I'm Yours (Album Version).mp3"

Perms on the file/dir are fine for squeezecenter to read it. The file
is fine to listen to or to read id3 tags from (using id3info for
example). I am guessing the funky chars are why regardless of how many
times I scan the dir, squeezecenter won't pick the file up. Anyone know
the proper way to debug this? I tried boosting some logging levels an
the "advanced" section of squeezecenter, but maybe I didn't boost the
right stuff. Also a perusal of the logs hasn't netted me anything.

Any hints here would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Steve

P.S. Have found the UI in squeezecenter horrendously slow. Box is
fine - is this common? I have a fairly large collection. I did
disable some counter in the UI that said there was a performance
impact.
